Tickets & availability
General Admission tickets can be bought for someone else, but all discounts must be applied for & claimed by the individual who is attending.
Yes — there is a limit of 2 tickets per order.
General Admission tickets are anonymous and transferrable. Name/email can be changed using the link in your original Order Confirmation email. Discounted tickets are non-transferrable.
General Admission ticket sales for Devcon India will launch May 20. This initial ticket launch offers our lowest price for general admission this year. Tickets can only be purchased with ETH on Ethereum Mainnet (L1). Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to this date!
You can add your ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet immediately after placing your order. We will send a PDF containing your ticket QR a few days prior to Devcon.
No — General Admission tickets are only available during waves. However, we will have limited free & discounted tickets available on our ticket shop throughout the year.
We will also be featuring a Patron Ticket this year; this ticket can be bought outside of waves to directly support the Scholarship Program.

Yes — we will have limited discounted tickets reserved for Indian residents. You can verify your residency using your Aadhaar Card with Self.xyz on our ticket shop.
While we do not offer group or team tickets, we offer plenty of discounts to individual applicants. You may also consider becoming a Supporter in our Supporter Program (TBA soon)!

We are currently offering a range of discounts to keep Devcon accessible, including Community, Builder, and Student tickets. We're also working with local universities and Ethereum communities to ensure we're getting tickets into the hands of the most deserving people on the ground.
Yes — we offer discounted tickets for Indian and International students to join us at Devcon 8 India. Students should fill out our application form and if approved, we’ll send you a voucher link to purchase your ticket. Indian and International Student tickets are priced at $25 and $99 respectively.

Discounted tickets are available through applications for students, builders, and ecosystem contributors. Each category has its own eligibility criteria and pricing. Applications are reviewed and tickets are limited.
Refunds & cancellations
Refunds will be permitted until the start of Devcon. General Admission tickets are anonymous and therefore transferrable. Discounted tickets are non-transferrable.
Yes, if you are accepted as a speaker, you can request a refund for your original ticket purchase.
You can request a partial cancellation by contacting our support team at support@devcon.org.
You can cancel your order by returning to your Order page found in your original confirmation email & clicking "Cancel Order."
Attending
Yes, the venue is accessible to those with disabilities.
While there is no specific dress code for Devcon, we will uphold a "No shirt, no shoes, no entry" rule for entry. No weapons, drugs, drones, or animals are permitted inside the venue. Smoking or chewing of tobacco is prohibited.
Yes, sessions will be recorded & streamed on our YouTube channel for those who cannot attend Devcon.
All 4-day tickets include full conference access, catering, and hot drinks.
Absolutely! Our events are open to both beginners and experienced members of the Ethereum ecosystem. This event is especially designed for attendees with Web2 experience who are curious about web3 and interested in knowing about Ethereum for the first time. Whether you're exploring, learning, or building - you’re welcome here.youth
If your child is between the ages of 3–17, they will need a Youth ticket. A Youth Ticket is only valid for those under 18.
Whether you're a parent/guardian buying on behalf of children, or you're under-18 and want to attend Devcon with parental consent, fill out our Youth Ticket request form to apply.

Youth tickets are limited — we recommend applying early.
All Discounted ticket types (Locals, Builder, Student, Youth) must show ID at Registration. All other ticket types can enter with just their QR code.
Travel & visas
Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter India. We recommend checking your eligibility and applying in advance through India's official visa channels. Please also ensure your passport meets India's entry and validity requirements.
Visa invitation letters will be available closer to the event date for eligible ticket holders. Please note the following:

The closest airport to Mumbai is the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM). It’s approximately 10–12km from BKC (about 30–45 minutes by taxi).
